Crownposts
Crownposts are neutral hubs scattered throughout the world, independent of any kingdom's control. They serve as points of access, trade, and opportunity for both kingdom members and wanderers alike. Crownposts vary in size and purpose; some are busy trading hubs, others are quieter outposts that hint at deeper stories within the world.
Crownposts are marked on the Live Map with a banner icon.
Travel and Access
Crownposts function as fast travel points. Once a Crownpost has been discovered by visiting it in person, it can be reached at any time using /crownpost visit [name]. Crownposts must be discovered before they can be used for fast travel.
Regions and Safety
Each Crownpost has two regions. The inner region has PvP disabled, making it a safe space for trade and interaction. The outer region has PvP enabled but hostile mobs do not spawn, preserving risk in the surrounding area while keeping the hub itself accessible.
NPCs and Interaction
Crownposts are home to interactive NPCs that serve a variety of roles, from explaining world systems and offering quests to trading items and introducing story elements. Not every Crownpost offers the same interactions; some function as full hubs while others serve as gateways to deeper content.
Markets and Building Supplies
Every Crownpost provides access to a market where building blocks can be purchased for copper. Markets can be accessed directly using /crownpost market [name].
Each Crownpost specialises in different materials:
Aurevale: Stone, Wood, Ground, Saplings, Flowers, Seeds, Leaves, Froglights
Hartholm: Random, Fish, Goat Horn
Hinokara: Wool, Concrete, Terracotta, Banner Patterns
Karvikk: Glass
Kharasiin: Sand, End
Solmire: Nether, Aqua
Vaelstrom: Snow
