Digital Products.
All items sold through the Citadel Kingdoms store are digital products, including but not limited to:
Non pay-to-win Ranks
Perks
Cosmetics
Access-based features
These products are delivered immediately upon purchase.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU).
Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun, provided the customer has given explicit consent.
By completing a purchase on the Citadel Kingdoms store, you explicitly agree that:
Delivery of digital content begins immediately
You waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has started
This consent is required and confirmed during checkout.
REFUNDS.
All purchases are final once delivered.
Refunds are not guaranteed.
Refunds may be granted only at the discretion of the Citadel Kingdoms staff-team.
Possible exceptions, at staff discretion, include:
Failed delivery due to a verified technical error

Refunds will not be granted for:

Bans or mutes
Balance changes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting staff first is considered abuse.
Chargebacks may result in a permanent ban
All associated accounts may lose access to Citadel Kingdoms services
Disputed virtual items may be revoked

Citadel Kingdoms reserves the right to:
Modify or remove shop items at any time
Adjust pricing or perks
Rebalance virtual items
Purchases do not grant immunity from future changes.
